Fani Willis, the District Attorney for Fulton County, has concluded her testimony in a heated hearing regarding the potential disqualification of her and her office from prosecuting the 2020 election interference case involving former President Trump in Georgia.
During the hearing, prosecutors from the district attorney’s office announced on Friday morning that they would not further interrogate Willis concerning her connection with a key prosecutor involved in the case.
This decision follows Willis’ assertive testimony on Thursday, prompted by the defense, which was allowed to stand without further questioning.
