Diddy Faces $100 Million Default Judgment in Sexual Assault Lawsuit

In a stunning legal development, Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with a $100 million default judgment following his failure to attend court proceedings related to a sexual assault lawsuit.

The lawsuit, brought by Derrick Lee, alleges that Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted him at a party in 1997. Lee, currently incarcerated, presented a visitor log to the court showing Diddy’s name as evidence.

Despite an attempted settlement offer of $2.3 million from Diddy, Lee refused the offer and pursued legal action.

During the August hearing, Lee claimed that Diddy responded to his refusal to drop the lawsuit with the remark, “you know how we get down.”

This interaction, coupled with Diddy’s absence from court, led to a substantial default judgment being issued.

The award was handed down by Lenawee County Circuit Court Judge Anna Marie Anzalone, following the issuance of a temporary restraining order in favor of Lee.

The decision underscores the severe consequences of failing to appear in court and the impact such absences can have on legal proceedings.
