A 19-year-old health care worker in Georgia is facing felony charges after a viral TikTok video showed her engaging in what police described as “dancing in a provocative manner” on top of a disabled person’s head.
According to the Loganville Police Department, officers launched a criminal investigation after being made aware of the video on January 23, 2025.
The footage, which was widely shared on social media before being deleted, depicted the young woman—identified as Koiyan—dancing above a seated disabled man.
“A criminal investigation was initiated, which resulted in the execution this morning of both a search warrant and arrest warrant for the female,” authorities said in a press release.
Loganville Police Chief Dick Lowry described the video as “disgusting” and emphasized that the act constituted exploitation of a vulnerable individual.
“He is disabled, and then making the video and posting it to social media for your own benefit is the exploitation of that person,” Lowry told local media.
Local Fox affiliate WAGA reported that Koiyan may have recorded a second video featuring another man in a bathtub. While police have yet to confirm that footage, Lowry stated that authorities are “looking at both of them” and have not ruled out additional charges.
Koiyan is currently being held at the Walton County Jail as the investigation continues. Authorities confirmed that the victims have been checked on and are not in immediate danger.
Investigators are also looking into Koiyan’s employment status, stating that she appears to be affiliated with an in-home adult day care program, but it remains unclear whether she holds any official licensing or if additional victims exist.
“This is still an ongoing investigation,” Lowry said.
