Kanye West’s Former Assistant Lauren Pisciotta Sues Him For Allegedly Drugging Her And Raping Her At A Diddy Party

In a recent legal filing, Kanye West is being sued by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, for drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party co-hosted with music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

The updated 88-page lawsuit, filed in a Los Angeles court, also accuses West of workplace harassment, manipulation, and fostering a toxic environment during Pisciotta’s employment from 2021 to 2022.

According to Pisciotta’s complaint, West lured her with promises of a $4 million salary, which he later reneged on by firing her without the agreed-upon severance.

The Daily Mail reports that while West initially denied these allegations and labeled them as “baseless,” accusing Pisciotta of extortion, he has yet to formally present a legal defense.

The lawsuit takes a disturbing turn with claims regarding a party in Santa Monica, where West allegedly forced attendees, including Pisciotta, to drink alcohol.

She later experienced disorientation and memory loss, unable to recall the events of the night. Pisciotta claims that years later, West admitted to her that they had “hooked up” during the party, despite her lack of memory.

West’s confession reportedly misled his then-wife Kim Kardashian into believing the two had engaged in an affair. However, Pisciotta insists she was raped, not a willing participant.

In addition to these accusations, Pisciotta’s lawsuit details a troubling workplace culture at West’s Yeezy offices. She claims West engaged in sexual relationships with multiple employees and set up makeshift bedrooms at the workplace for these encounters.

Furthermore, the suit alleges West had an unsettling fixation on targeting and sleeping with the mothers of his employees, adding to the accusations of sexual misconduct and a toxic work environment.

This lawsuit against West arrives at a time when both the music and fashion mogul has been grappling with numerous legal battles.

Pisciotta’s allegations not only shine a light on the alleged misconduct during her employment but also highlight broader concerns about workplace safety and abuse of power in high-profile industries.
