Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is at the center of a growing legal storm, with over 120 new sexual assault allegations surfacing, some of which reportedly involve minors.
Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee held a press conference announcing that his firm is representing both men and women who claim they were sexually assaulted by Diddy, with the alleged incidents spanning from 1991 to the present.
Buzbee stated that the allegations include violent sexual assault, rape, drug-facilitated abuse, and, in some cases, the sexual abuse of minors.
The attorney said he will be filing lawsuits in the respective states of the accusers in the coming days.
“We will expose the enablers who allowed this conduct to go unchecked,” Buzbee said. “This case involves many powerful people, and there are many secrets that will be brought to light.”
He also confirmed that his team has gathered substantial evidence, including photos, videos, and text messages, to support the claims.
Among the most alarming accusations, according to Buzbee, are those involving minors. He revealed that around 25 of the alleged victims were underage at the time of the incidents.
One case involves a 9-year-old boy, who Buzbee claims was lured by Diddy to a Bad Boy Records audition under the guise of a record deal, where the alleged abuse took place.
Another minor, a 15-year-old, alleges that she was raped by Diddy and others at a party in New York City.
“This is not just about one man—this case implicates multiple individuals who either participated in or enabled these heinous acts,” Buzbee added during the press conference.
He stated that his legal team would ensure the cases are thoroughly examined before pursuing any further legal action, noting that some of the names involved “will shock you.”
The new wave of allegations adds to the legal challenges Diddy is already facing. Buzbee, who is well-known for handling high-profile cases, vowed to seek justice for all victims, especially those who were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.
This case could have far-reaching consequences not only for Diddy but also for others in the entertainment industry who may be implicated in the accusations.
