Son Of Reality Star NeNe Leakes Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged $30,000 In Unpaid Child Support

Bryson Bryant, the eldest son of reality TV personality NeNe Leakes, finds himself entangled in legal woes.

His ex-girlfriend, Symone Davis, is pursuing a lawsuit against him for allegedly failing to pay $30,000 in child support.

According to reports from Radar Online, Davis filed a lawsuit in Gwinett County, Georgia, on Feb. 2, accusing Bryant of neglecting his court-ordered monthly child support obligations.

The court had determined Bryant as the biological father of their son Blaze in July 2020 and stipulated a monthly child support payment of $708, starting from August 2020.

However, Davis claims that Bryant has failed to make any payments since the court order, resulting in an accumulated debt of $29,736 in unpaid child support.

Seeking both financial restitution and legal repercussions, Davis’s lawsuit demands that Bryant be held accountable for his obligations, asserting that his non-compliance is willful.

The motion further requests Bryant’s incarceration for contempt of court due to his refusal to fulfill his child support obligations.

This legal action follows Davis’s previous attempts to establish a relationship between Bryant and their son, Blaze, which she alleges have been met with indifference from Bryant and Leakes.

Despite her efforts to reach out and involve Bryant in their child’s life, Davis claims to have been ignored and rebuffed.

Bryant’s legal troubles compound further with this lawsuit, as it comes on the heels of his arrest in October 2023. The arrest stemmed from an incident in July 2023, during which Bryant allegedly provided police with a false name after being apprehended for possession of fentanyl.

Initially claiming to be his younger brother, Brentt Leakes, Bryant faced charges of loitering, providing false information to law enforcement, and possession of a controlled substance, among others.

As the legal proceedings unfold, Bryant faces mounting challenges both in his personal life and with the law, highlighting the complexities and consequences of unresolved legal matters.
