Kanye West is facing shocking new allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has filed an amended complaint accusing the rapper and fashion mogul of sexual assault, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, battery, and stalking.
The updated lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, expands on Pisciotta’s original 2024 filing in which she accused West of sexual harassment, including sending inappropriate messages during her time as his personal assistant. At the time, Pisciotta also claimed she was drugged during a studio session cohosted by Diddy, adding to mounting concerns over West’s behavior behind the scenes.
In her latest filing, Pisciotta alleges that West’s misconduct went much further — describing multiple instances of non-consensual sexual contact, coercion, and emotional manipulation during their working relationship.
According to court documents, one of the most harrowing incidents allegedly occurred during a business trip to San Francisco, where Pisciotta says West kissed her without consent, asked her sexually explicit questions, and later masturbated and touched her genitalia without permission before falling asleep mid-sentence.
In another alleged incident, Pisciotta says West forced his way into her hotel room, claimed he needed to use her shower, and then shoved her onto the bed, pinned her down, and forced his genitals into her mouth. She says she “froze in shock and fear,” prompting West to stop, apologize, and exit the room.
Even more disturbing are Pisciotta’s claims that West offered her as a sexual gift to other men, suggesting that he wanted to “exchange” women with other men for mutual pleasure, behavior she says left her feeling exploited and endangered.

West, 47, has not yet publicly responded to the amended lawsuit, nor have his representatives issued a statement regarding the expanded allegations.
Pisciotta’s legal team is reportedly preparing for an aggressive fight, emphasizing the pattern of misconduct and exploitation allegedly perpetrated by the multi-platinum artist and entrepreneur. These latest claims come amid a growing list of legal troubles for West, who has faced other civil lawsuits over his conduct in recent years.
Legal experts say the inclusion of sex trafficking and false imprisonment charges adds significant weight to the amended complaint, potentially triggering federal scrutiny if the allegations are found credible.
As of now, no criminal charges have been filed in connection to Pisciotta’s claims. The case is expected to proceed in civil court, where discovery and potential witness testimony could shed more light on the explosive accusations.
