Hollywood legend Nicolas Cage is facing a shocking lawsuit from his ex-partner, Christina Fulton, who accuses the actor of enabling their son Weston Coppola Cage’s violent behavior, which she says led to a brutal assault against her.
Fulton, 57, claims she was viciously attacked by Weston in April 2023 inside his Los Angeles condo building, suffering severe and life-threatening injuries.
The alleged attack reportedly occurred in the elevator, lobby, and parking lot. Weston was later arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon but has pleaded not guilty.

She further claims that Cage regularly drank with Weston and bailed him out of jail, despite knowing about his substance abuse issues and violent outbursts.
“Nicolas knew or should have known that Weston posed a serious and imminent danger to others, including Plaintiff, based on his documented history of violent assaults, substance abuse, and mental instability,” the lawsuit states.

Fulton is suing both Weston and Cage, filing claims of assault, battery, negligence, and emotional distress against her son, while arguing that Cage played a role in enabling the alleged attack.
