NBA Star Zion Williamson Facing Legal Trouble As Adult Film Star Moriah Mills Considers Filing Lawsuit Following Assault Allegations

NBA player Zion Williamson is at the center of mounting legal controversy following the emergence of a civil lawsuit accusing him of rape, assault, and kidnapping.

The lawsuit, filed by an anonymous plaintiff identified as “Jane Doe,” alleges that Williamson engaged in a years-long relationship marked by emotional abuse, physical violence, and threats to her life—all while frequently under the influence of unknown substances.

Now, in a development that could further complicate the case, adult film actress Moriah Mills has stepped forward and is reportedly considering legal action of her own. Mills, who made headlines in previous years for publicly disclosing an alleged sexual relationship with Williamson, has contacted high-profile Texas attorney Tony Buzbee regarding her potential claims.

According to TMZ, Buzbee confirmed Mills reached out just hours after the original lawsuit against Williamson was made public.

“She contacted me and we’re currently evaluating her claims,” Buzbee told the outlet. “No decision has been made yet about whether to proceed.”

In a video posted to social media earlier today, Mills expressed support for “Jane Doe” and emphasized that “all victims should be heard.” She went on to claim that since exposing her past with the New Orleans Pelicans star, she has faced severe public backlash that resulted in “emotional distress.” She added, “I hope we all get justice.”

The initial civil suit alleges that Williamson’s behavior created a climate of fear, with “Jane Doe” asserting that she was regularly subjected to controlling and violent conduct. No criminal charges have been filed at this time, and Williamson has not publicly responded to the allegations.

Legal experts note that if Mills proceeds with her own claim, it could lead to additional civil litigation and further scrutiny of Williamson’s personal conduct—particularly if multiple plaintiffs allege patterns of coercive behavior.

Attorney Tony Buzbee is no stranger to high-profile legal battles, having represented numerous public figures and victims in complex civil litigation.

The case remains under review, and legal observers are closely watching whether it may evolve into a broader multi-plaintiff suit.
