Conservative influencer Ashley St. Clair has filed two legal petitions in Manhattan Supreme Court, seeking to establish Elon Musk as the biological father of her 5-month-old son and to obtain sole custody of the child.

According to a report from The Daily Mail, St. Clair, 26, submitted a paternity petition on Friday, asserting that the child was conceived during a January 2024 trip to St. Barths with Musk.

The petition requests that the court order the 53-year-old SpaceX and Tesla CEO to undergo a genetic test to confirm paternity. Musk has not publicly addressed the allegations, and if proven, the child would be his 13th.

Court filings reportedly include a photograph of Musk holding an infant, as well as text messages allegedly exchanged between Musk and St. Clair that suggest a flirtatious relationship.

In a separate custody petition, St. Clair contends that Musk was absent for the child’s birth and has only met his son on three occasions—twice in Manhattan and once in Texas.

The filing further alleges that Musk has not made any effort to request visits or obtain photographs of the baby.

Musk has yet to respond to the legal filings, and it remains unclear whether he intends to contest the paternity claim or custody petition. The case is expected to draw significant legal and public scrutiny given Musk’s high-profile status and ongoing parental disputes.

Further developments in the case will be closely monitored as proceedings in Manhattan Supreme Court progress.
