Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs Face Disturbing Allegations in Amended Lawsuit
A recently amended federal lawsuit accuses rap moguls Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs of raping a 13-year-old girl during a party in 2000. Tony Buzbee, the Texas-based attorney representing the alleged victim, revealed that his firm had sent a letter to Jay-Z requesting mediation. Instead of agreeing to mediation, Jay-Z reportedly filed a countersuit against Buzbee and allegedly orchestrated a campaign of harassment against the lawyer and his team. Buzbee called these actions an “intimidation tactic” aimed at silencing his client.
In a public statement, Buzbee emphasized the seriousness of the case, asserting, “This is a very serious matter that will be litigated in court.” He added that his client “never demanded a penny” from Jay-Z and only sought a confidential resolution through mediation.

Buzbee, who has filed more than 20 civil lawsuits against Combs for alleged sexual misconduct, recently launched legal action against the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. This firm represents both Jay-Z and Combs. Buzbee accused the firm’s attorneys of harassing his clients, his colleagues, and his family, further complicating the legal battle.
