NFL quarterback Deshaun Watson, 28, faces a lawsuit alleging sexual assault from a woman he reportedly met in 2020.
The woman, who remains unnamed, claims the incident occurred during a private dinner date at her home.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Watson and the woman connected at a Houston bar and began texting before arranging a private dinner at her residence. The woman requested the private setting to avoid public attention.
The lawsuit alleges that upon arriving at her home, Watson became frustrated after struggling to find the address, reportedly exclaiming:
“I don’t have time for this.”
Once he arrived, the woman asked Watson to wait in the living room while she prepared.
When she finished, she allegedly discovered Watson naked in her bed, demanding a massage.
The woman claims she complied, only for Watson to later forcibly assault her. She managed to defend herself with a heavy piece of home decor, causing Watson to leave the premises in anger.
The woman initially sought to resolve the matter privately but decided to pursue legal action after unsuccessful negotiations.
She is suing Watson for over $1 million in damages.
