Renowned civil rights lawyer Ben Crump is set to make his debut appearance at CrimeCon in Nashville, Tennessee.
The event, the largest gathering for crime enthusiasts, will feature Crump in conversation with Rachel Noerdlinger, the first Black female equity partner at Actum LLC.
The discussion will center on justice regarding acts of vigilantism, with a focus on cases like Trayvon Martin and Ahmaud Arbery.
CrimeCon, a three-day experience connecting true crime enthusiasts nationwide, provides attendees with opportunities to delve into mysteries and cases that intrigue them.
Crump, known for representing families associated with the Black Lives Matter movement, will offer insights into courtroom dramas surrounding cases such as Martin, Arbery, Markeis McGlockton, and Marissa Alexander.
Noerdlinger, who will moderate the discussion, expressed her honor in conversing with Crump, stating they both share a commitment to justice.
The convention will also feature the Clue Awards, honoring achievements in various media categories related to true crime. The panel discussion is scheduled for June 2nd at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
